CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR YEAR ROUND RENTER. Great rates for the right person. Only minutes from the pristine white sands of the Gulf of Mexico, The Enclave combines resort style amenities with a very convenient location. Our condo, which can sleep six, is situated at the heart of The Enclave has an open style concept with split bedrooms, each with a full bath, for maximum privacy when friends or family visit. The apartment has been totally furnished with new furniture and has been recently renovated. High speed internet has been recently hooked up. The master bedroom features two huge his and her closets as well as a King sized bed with cool gel technology mattress and a flat screen tv. The spare room features two twin beds and a large closet. The living room which opens on to the lanai has a brand new 46" LED TV with 3D capability (3D glasses and movies included) a blu-ray player and a queen sized pull out bed couch. The condos of The Enclave circle a beautiful lake which is perfect for nature walks and bird watching. Among the amenities that you will discover are a deluxe clubhouse with a fully equipped business center and billiard room, a 24-hour state-of-the-art fitness center, a large sparkling heated pool and spa, indoor racquetball courts, ping pong table and a lighted tennis court as well as picnic area and barbeque by the lake. The Enclave is minutes from golf, shopping, Olde Naples and of course the beaches. There are over 80 Championship golf courses around Naples which is why Naples is known as "The Golf Capital of the World." If shopping is your joy there are major malls within a short drive. For MOVIE lovers there are over 100 DVD and Blu-ray movies in the condo. For those evenings when you feel like staying inside why not pop a bag of popcorn and enjoy large screen entertainment?
