Description

On a new building from 2010. these are 3 apartments of 2 bedrooms of which 1 of the bedrooms is very small , this is on the back side of the building which is more quiet - its without a balcony (we have 5 more apartments with a balcony). Main bedroom with queen size bed (1.6 meters on 2 meters) - size of 10 m² with sea view and 1/2 sized bedroom of 5 m², with a double bed / full size (1.4 meters on 1.9 meters). Its separated with a closing door and a window to the inside of the building which makes it a very quiet sleeping alcove. On the living room there is a sofa that can be opened to a double bed.

Best Qualities: 1. Located at the center of Tel-Aviv only 1 minute walk to the beach. 2. Free covered parking. Free WiFi. 3. Brand new (55m²) modern suite and brand new building (since 2010) with an elevator. 4. Proven high rate of guests satisfaction.

Amenities: The price you pay for the suite include Wi Fi Internet and private parking lot at our building. The suite is decorated in high standard (Leather Italian sofa with pull out bed, Maple wood Queen size bed with Sealy Posturepedic Mattresses on the bedrooms. Cables on 32 inch LCD Toshiba TV in each room). Shower (no bathtub) Washer, Dryer, Built in Oven, Ceramic stove 4 tops, Microwave.

Great location, nice place, nice landlord. Wifi internet works on living room and one bedroom, but not in another bedroom. However, this is such a small detail that I still give full score.
