Description

Idilic large 6 bedroom modernized Umbrian farmhouse, which sleeps upto 12 people, with an additional self contained annex for 2 additional people, private large infinity pool, original working pizza oven, boule court, Loggia with BBQ, private terraces and spectacular views of the Umbrian country side. Rurally set in 7 hectares of our own olive groves and vineyard, with numerous fig trees and other fruit and nut trees, located in the National Park on Mount Tetzio, but within easy reach of all amenities, of shops and restaurants. Perugia old city is only 5 miles away, with the Perugia airport 12 miles.

The Casa has a large fully fitted kitchen with marble units and work tops, Main Sitting room, second Sitting room and Dinning room. It also has its own private terrace to bedroom 6 and numerous pannelle tiled areas of Loggia and patios. The Annex is also self contained with it own kitchenette, shower/ toilet wet room and airconditioning.

The garden not only has an infinity pool, totally for your own use, it also has a boule court and extensive areas to walk or just get away from the others.

The Casa opens straight onto the National Mount Tetzio Park and is ideally located for hill side walking and numerous artistic oportunities.
