Description

The Barn is just north of the town of Brechfa. The farm has its own stream, paddocks and a second undeveloped barn. This is a rural paradise, with our closest neighbours 1/2 mile away and the most noise coming from sheep in the surrounding pastures.

The Barn has been beautifully converted into two en suite bedrooms, both with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. It's well equipped - we've tried to think of everything! The spacious kitchen/dining area has underfloor heating (which is loved by dogs and people alike), and the sitting room is especially cosy with the wood burner.

There's a Smart TV with Freeview, a secure wifi connection, DVD player and lots of board games to keep you amused.

All bed linen, towels, hand and laundry soap, loo rolls and washing up liquid are provided within the cost.

And we're dog friendly, with an enclosed garden or the use of a secure paddock of over 1/3 acre to run around, play games or explore.

Unfortunately, as much as I would like to always be on hand for any questions and provide assistance, work dictates otherwise. This means that I may or may not be around at the time of your visit. However, not to worry as with modern technology, I can be contacted via intercom, email or phone at any time. I also have a lovely couple who know The Barn inside out living nearby if there are any more serious issues I can not assist with.

Highly recommend booking with James. If you enjoy walking the local area is absolutely fantastic and the scenery is beautiful. Loved the house. Wish we booked for two weeks.

“Ideal weekend break location”

If you are looking for a weekend break to recharge the batteries then the barn is ideal with superb modern facilities and walking/cycling tracks outside the front door. Great quiet location with stunning local views. Sure we will be back soon!
