Description

What comes to mind with the words 'New Mexico' ....'gorgeous skies'? ....and 'Taos'?...... Maybe: open space , sun and light , color , inspiration YES!!! All of the above...... and much more. All can be enjoyed from our home - both indoors and out.

Our 3000 sq. ft home is made up of 2 units: the first one is our main home (2000 sq. ft.) which has a large master bedroom (king-size bed) with full attached bath and cozy kiva fireplace; a second bedroom/study with a single bed/couch (a trundle bed that makes up into 2 twins or converts to a king-size bed) with attached bath and separate shower, and a large open space -kitchen/dining/livingroom w/another woodburning kiva fireplace. There is also an attached sunroom w/passive solar heating to enjoy a sunny winter day at home. During summer and Fall, you'll probably always spend you time out doors - either enjoying the many outdoor activities that Taos has to offer (although close to town, we're right on the edge of Taos canyon for some great hikes), or just enjoying a barbeque on the 'portal' or sunset margaritas in the gazebo.
The second unit is a 1000 sq. ft casita - one bedroom, bath, kichen and living/dining room with it's own private courtyard. This, however, is not available for vacation rentals, as it is currently rented long-term.
