The tower/resort Ocean Heights Tower

Ocean Heights Tower is a super tall skyscraper designed by Andrew Bromide of Adas, and furnished by the Italian designer Versace in the best area Dubai Marina of greater Dubai.

Just see facing and Jumeirah Palm view.

The tower stands 310 meters (1,017 feet) tall and has 83 floors. The building was completed in 2010. Currently Ocean Heights is the fifth tallest residential building in the world!, in front the famous Barasti free beach, and the 5* Meridien Hotel, on the right side of 5* Tamani Hotel where one small room (20-25 m°) in those hotel cost generally 500 euro nights!

The tower, with its unique curves and twisting motion as one ascends, The 83 floor tower is located along the touristic area “Al Sufouh Road in Dubai Marina! And in front of the famous Dubai Yachting Club.

The luxury 5 stars apartments are located on floor 30° on the beachfront promenade, the tower overlooking, Jumeirah Palm, There is an lovely and famous free beach just in front the tower (Barasti beach) with free nice umbrellas and chairs.

The suites is of 110m° and can guest 4+2 persons, Luxuriously appointed, with sea and Palm view

The suite feature has spacious bedroom with king size 200 x 180 in the master bdr. and a queen bed on the second night area in the large living Room, has also two extra beds 90 x 200, balconies, two baths, laundry room, all has 1 bathroom with a whirlpool tub and shower, and a small toilette, 2 large screen tv 50 "and 40" a system of home cinema, hi-fi, cable and wireless internet, air-AC. Safe, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, linens, and dishes, ironing board, cable TV, room service available, etc ...

The residence offers a free spectacular gym centre all the comforts of five-star hotels:

very large swimming pool, gym, huge, endless sun, playground Children with hostess, sauna, Turkish bath, outdoor BBQ, indoor dining room for parties, undressed for gym and much more.

DUBAI CITY FEE:

As per the Dubai Executive Council Resolution No. (2) of 2014, a “Tourism Dirham (TD)” charge of 10 aed (2 euro) per room per apartment per night will apply for hotel rooms, apartments and Suites. The rates will be applicable for any booking checking in from 14th of June 2015. The “TD” charge will appear as a separate line item on the guest’s invoice to be settled directly upon check in.** Also passport photos of everyone staying at the flat will be taken upon check-in based on the DTCM regulations.
