The Village 59 second floor unit was recently remodeled and everything is brand new! It is situated in the heart of the Village of Jamestown, RI. This unit has a queen sized bed in one bedroom and one queen & one twin bed in the second bedroom and a 32" LCD TV. The living room has a couch and 32" LCD TV with Blue Ray DVD/Blue Ray player and a table for dining for up to four guest.Within a few miles are two of Rhode Island's most beautiful state parks and a very short walk away are the many restaurants within the village, local shops and the ferry that departs daily to Newport (seasonal). A limit of no more than 5 guest are allowed overnight. We know you will enjoy your stay in this beautifully updated unit and we look forward to having you as our guest. Strict NO SMOKING And NO PET policy. Cable and Wifi has recently been added for Summer 2017 guest.

Then text us when you check out so we can send over our cleaning service before our next guest arrives. Other than that the only interaction will be if you would like any information during your stay about the area and we are available by phone or text.

Absolutely No Smoking or Pets on premises. No parties. This rental is excellent for families or groups traveling to the area for sight seeing, guest coming for weddings, graduations, and other family related functions. Quiet time is 10pm until 7am. We can sometimes accommodate early check in and late check out if available please ask owner if additional time is needed.

Response from the owner Thanks for staying with us Ken! Regarding our check out is is very casual and sometimes allow later check outs for guest on many occasions. The 11am is not strict unless we have back to back rentals. If guest would like to pay the cleaning fee we do offer cleaning services at $150 per stay which includes cleaning the sheets and towels. Most guest would prefer to do about 45 minutes of cleaning while laundry is being done rather than pay the $150 cleaning fee. It's up to our guest to decide before booking or within 10 days before their stay. As always we want our guest to be completely satisfied with their accommodations to assure this we must be specific with what we expect from our guest therefore we do have a long rental agreement. Thanks again for booking with us and we look forward to your future visit!
