This house is very special, is really the only Penthouse in Dubai Marina with a large sky open terrace so great at so high (floor 41 °! ) in the best area of Dubai (Jumeirah Beach Residence) beach walk The house has all the comforts, 4 TV, (two of 50 ") home cinema system, Hi Fi, Sky Tv to see films and sport with Sky card, 2 DVD, a spacious terrace with external able for 6 people + 6 interior, many beautiful sofas inside and outside. we have in spectacular terrace with a new pergola. From large terrace (about 400 SQFT) at about 200 meters height there is a stunning view of the ocean, beach walk, Palm Jumeirah and Burj al Arab (the Sail) is a really unique experience. Under the house, leaving the elevator at the G floor, making only 10 steps you are on the Beach Walk, the famous Walking of Dubai, with hundreds of restaurants, hotels, shops etc. ... There are some free beach just in front the house (50 m) and also some free pools club of JBR residence at 50 m in PL (PLAZA LEVEL) At 2 0 meters, there are the The Ritz Charlton l, Meridien, Hilton, Movenpick hotels, Golf courses, malls, Paragliding, restaurants, bars. Clubs, etc ... Lifts (7) climb down from the tower along 41 floors in 54 seconds ...This amazing penthouse is really the best 2 bdr. with a open terrace on the JBR beach walk! This penthouse is in the most prestigious and touristic area of Dubai Marina, Just for comparison .... A room for 2 people to 22 m ° at the Ritz Carlton Hotel that is under our roof, costs in the period is around 500/700 euro per night, not has the same view and is about 5/6 times smaller.
The penthouse has 2 bedrooms + one extra small reading room, we will use it when we have big group over 6 guests.
Rates in base of 4 guest comes of 700 euro day in base of full occupancy (30% less in the summer)but when you book for 2-4 guest you have some discount because we set less beds and one room or 2 rooms will be not used
When we have booking with 2 guest and with special deal we will set only one room, when guest are 4-6 we will set the second room and in case we can open the sofa bed in the living or the sofa in the 3° small room /reading room. The reading room is generally use only for day use, but open the bed only with big group over 6-7 guest
