I enjoyed my stay there, the aparment is comfortable, and well furnished. The location is nice, but is better to rent a bike.

“The apartemt fully met the expectations”

The check-in and check-out went smootly. Claus was very helpful. The house has the style and is renovated and in a good condition. It is locatated in the quiet residential area and at the same time well connected to the downtown by the public transportation.

“Copenhagen - what a wonderful suprise!”

We found the apartment to suit our needs perfectly. It was well equiped, clean (except maybe the shower curtain) but for the rest we found everything we needed. Thanks Claus!! It took us about 10 - 15min to walk to the metro and then from there 2 stops to the centre, but there is also a bus no. 18 from the end of our street to the metro is you don't like walkig. We like exploring any new city by foot and we found Copenhagen to be fantastic to do just that. We saw everything in 6 days and we slept late every morning. Supermarket Irma and Kvickly(spelling?) is good to do grocery shopping and their rey bread is just delicious!! Nordic/Danish food is really great and shopping and the Lego store is not to be missed. The only thing we found to be negative or frustrating was the fact that over the weekend the information point at Norrport Station was closed and that the metro ticket machines don't take paper money but just coins and credit cards. Also little info at the metro stations, but at central station we found all the info we needed. By the way don't try to go on the metro without paying for a ticket the fines are rather heavy and you must pay on the spot if you get caught without a ticket!! Copenhagen is pricy, but if you plan well you can have a great holiday. We got to the National Museum to see the Viking exibition and found that it was totally free!! We have fond memories of Copenhagen, Helsingor (45min by train) and even Malmo (even if Malmo (35min by train) was a bit of a disappointment. The service overall in the shops were good, friendly staff. The bar/cafès you have to order and pay at the counter. Be careful for the bikes...sometimes it got a bit much with all the bikes - but everyone paddles in Copenhagen!! We found the bike-taxi services in town to be affordable and convenient - bargain with the driver!

“Nice Space, Good Location”

I stayed here with my family, including an 11-year old. There was one double bed, a single bed and the couch. The balconies were nice and the apartment was spacious and quiet. It's in an older building with wood floors and high ceilings and we enjoyed getting a feel for what a Danish apartment might be like. We enjoyed the modern kitchen, living space, and balconies. The apartment is on a residential street close to restaurants and grocery stores. Seems to be an area with a mix of young people and families. It is away from the tourist areas which is what we wanted. The Frederiksberg Metro stop is about a 15 minute walk away, and there is a bus stop a couple minutes away as well. There are bike lanes and lots of bikers which gives the area a nice vibe. Claus showed us around to help get us oriented on the first day and that was appreciated. Everything was as we agreed on and Claus answered other questions we had about attractions and so forth. The couple improvements I would suggest is to perhaps change the outer lock which was a little tricky to operate. It might be nice to have TV with German and English stations for non-Danish speaking guests, as right now there are only Danish stations. On the other hand it was nice to get a break from TV. The front yard is full of chest-high weeds, and this did not make a good first impression when we first arrived--we certainly had a bit of a sinking feeling in our chests, coming from neat and tidy austria where it's practically illegal to have a yard like that, and where only sketchy places even begin to look that way. A hour with a pair of clippers would take care of things. All in all, it was a perfect place to stay for us.
