• Breathtaking ocean views, incredible sunsets

• Step out the door to a wide, serene, uncrowded mile-long stretch of white sand

• Great surf for swimming, surfing, windsurfing, kayaking, scuba diving, boating

• 2 Fire Places, Washer /Dryer, surfboards & wetsuits, beach badminton/tennis court & rackets, ping pong and foos ball tables, board games 4 TVs with huge 40 + library of DVDs and videos, football, soccer, bicycle, fishing poles, kayak, windsurfer, boats, etc.

3 full bathrooms with an considerateness additional toilet only on the 3rd floor.

3rd floor toilet is always available at no cost for all guest's use.

If you feel it is necessary on the 3rd floor to have an additional Carrara marble shower that has separate whirlpool tub with ocean view, and a sink; then we can offer them on the 3rd floor for an additional fee of up to $55 dollars a day. The fee is necessary thou because of the extra additional utilities costs to operate the heated whirlpool tub.

•No use or activity associated with this short-term rental shall at any time create unreasonable noise or disturbance, nor violate the quiet hours. if the City of Oxnard Police come to the house you will be charged $500 from your deposit.
•Quiet hours shall be observed from 10:00 p.m to 7:00 am
•No outdoor amplified music/sound shall be allowed during quiet hours
If more than 16 persons are on the property at any time the rental shall be immediately terminated and all persons/guests will vacate.
