Description

Our bright, charming, clean, fully furnished and recently renovated unique Ottoman House offers you all the comfort of a real home. It consists of 4 FLOORS and has 4 BEDROOMS and 2 BATHROOMS.
The size of the house is 180 sqm.

There is large,fully fitted kitchen and dining area on the lower ground level. There is a lounge and a living area on the 1st floor. 2 upper floors have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms altogether. 1st, 2nd and 3rd rooms have double bed; 4th room has single bed. Each floor has their own separate bathrooms with shower and toilet. Bathrooms and kitchen have been equipped newly. The house also has 2 balconies with one of them having a partial view of the Bosporus Bridge.(Lit-up Bosporus Bridge at the night is wonderful). There is a little garden at the back of the house. It has Natural Gas Central Heating and air conditioner.

The house is very close to marine transportation, Bosporus Bridge and Beylerbeyi Palace. From Beylerbeyi, in the mornings with a 20 minutes ferry ride one can arrive at Eminönü from which Topkapı Palace, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazzar can be accessed easily. Ferry, bus and taxi stations are very near also. Buses are very frequent. You can reach easily to European side by crossing the bridge. There is also a famous and elegant Beylerbeyi Mosque from the Ottoman Period too. (built in 1778) Beylerbeyi Hamam was built in 1789 as part of Beylerbeyi mosque complex. It still serves men and women.There are grocery shops nearby as well as great places to eat, cafes, bakery right on the Bosporus and within the walking distance.

Beylerbeyi is the middle of everything yet in a quiet section of town. Our primary goal is to maintain a clean, safe and convenient environment to our guests.
