Very well maintained cozy beach house, non-smoker, w/smoking area located outside near grill.

Yes dogs are allowed maximum of 2 dogs, w/ $150 non-refundable pet fee, no cats please (allergic). Dogs must be house trained & need to pick up dog waste. This beach house has a semi-secluded & beautifully clean beach. Watch the waves roll in from the open deck, watch the dolphins, pelicans and maybe even a sea turtle from the covered deck, or living room, even while making your dinner from the kitchen. Sleeps 6-8 persons, w/parking for 3 cars. New 2016 composite decking, dishwasher and wood flooring in bedrooms. New 2019 washer and dryer. New 2020 flat screen TV's in all bedrooms with DIRECTV throughout. New for 2020 living room furniture.

BEDS WILL BE MADE FOR YOU PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL! No need to spend precious vacation time making 4 beds. Quality linens provided. We supply a few coffee pods, hot chocolate, toilet/paper towel to get you started. Start your vacation the minute you enter our home!

Spectacular ocean views from the open living room, kitchen, and master bedroom, oceanfront deck. It is the perfect place to gather and enjoy company of family and friends - and you can include your furry family member too! We allow well behaved (dogs only) with a $150. non-refundable pet fee (2 pet maximum).

Oceanfront deck, waking up and/or falling asleep to the sound of the surf. Watch the dolphins play, enjoy your morning coffee, or an evening cocktail. Relax in one of the 4 rockers. Swim, surf, fish, fly a kite, build sand castles, go shelling, take a walk, catch some rays! Outside shower at board walk.

May through October is prime season for Surf, Boat and Pier Fishing. Homer's Point Marina and Seafood is 2.5 miles away it has a boat launch, gas and fishing supplies. Island Harbor Marina is about 6.5 miles from our home where you can launch your boat or charter one.

Want to take a break from the beach There are plenty of activities to choose: Bicycling, Kayak and Boat rentals. Boat tours and cruises, golf, mini golf, shopping, restaurants, NC Aquarium, amusement places, Ice Cream shops, Fort Macon Civil War State Park, Museums, Black Beard artifacts and much more!

Saturday to Saturday rental, NO SMOKING! Must be 21 or older to rent our home.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Barry (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
