Rent 100 feet of prime beach frontage on Lake Winnipesaukee in Moultonborough, NH. Charming knotty pine cottage with a large screened porch, 2 spacious bedrooms, sleeps up to 9 with 1 queen, 1 king, 2 full sized pull outs, 1 set of bunk beds and a twin bed on the porch, 1 newly renovated and enlarged bathroom, large living room with lake views, sunny western exposure with beautiful sunsets, large level grassy yard for sunbathing and kids playing, sandy bottom gradual beach with crystal clear water for swimming and a new dock for up to two 32’ boats. Canoe, rowboat, kayak and paddle boat with life jackets included. Rental also includes propane BBQ (propane included), fire pit (with first nights wood provided), lawn furniture and lounge chairs. No pets or smoking allowed. Great location near all Lakes Region and White Mountain attractions and restaurants with easy access by boat or car! Rates starting at $599 during spring and fall weeks and $1,999-$2,900/week during prime weeks. 32" TV and DVD player in living room, Cable TV in living room and bedrooms. Bring your laptop-high speed WiFi accessible. Please add $199 administrative/cleaning fee and 9% rooms and meals tax to all rates.

We are so fortunate to have so many returning guests who adore the property as much as we do!! We clean and care for the cottage ourselves and have always tried to make it a place that our guests find comfortable and clean. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jayne (the owner) a message.

If Jayne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
