We would be delighted to welcome you to this wonderful farmhouse accommodation in the picturesque town of Alora, only 3 minutes walk from the railway station which has regular services into Malaga, the airport and the seaside resorts of Torremolinos, Banalmadena and Fuengorola.

There are good restaurants, a small supermarket, butchers, fruit and vegetable shops all within a few minutes walk, meaning there is no need to hire a car, should you not wish to.

The farmhouse is bright and airy, having been newly decorated, but it maintains all its old charm and has built in the traditional fashion, with thick stone walls and tiled floors, ensuring a cool environment in the hot summer months.

The accommodation comprises 4 bedrooms, all with storage space, bedside tables and lamps.

The house sleeps up to 7 people very comfortably and has 1 double room and 2 twin rooms and a single room.

The kitchen/diner has a huge selection of crockery and cooking utensils, a large fridge freezer , hob, microwave, toaster, cafeterias, kettle and large dining table with seating for 7 people- everything you might need for a self-catering holiday.

The bathroom also has a washing machine and plenty of towels, including pool towels are provided.

The lounge area has TV, DVD and English books and some board games for your entertainment.

However, in spite of the internal charm of the farmhouse, the main attraction is the outdoor space.- 2000 sq metres of carefully tended lawns, complemented by bright flower beds, with roses, scented jasmine and a vine covered pagoda. There are numerous trees, including lemons (help yourself to as many as you want!) , oranges, grapefruit and in the centre of one of the lawns is a large 100yr old walnut tree with a cool, shaded sitting area under its branches.

All these gardens are for your sole use and the lawned areas are great for children t play.

There is a badminton set, basket ball shooting ring and pool table for your amusement.

At the end of one of the lawned areas, you have a large, cool, shaded wood fuelled barbecue area with a choice of eating areas, large fridge for cold drinks and a food preparation area with 2 sinks. Plenty of wood is provided for your use.

Within another lawned area, gated for safety, is a huge private swimming pool- 12m x 5m with built in steps for easy access which goes from a depth of 1.5m- 2 metres.

Within the main pool there is an incorporated shallow pool (40cms) for safe bathing for small children.

Around the pool you will find comfortable loungers for relaxing and soaking up the sun.

There is also a good outdoor bathroom for use while using the pool

There are numerous different outdoor seating areas, offering a choice between shade or full sun.

The fruit farm is below the castle of Alora which is floodlit at night .

Whilst there is another house adjacent to the rental property, this is never occupied during rental periods, ensuring complete privacy for guests.
