If the number of persons are less and you need only lessor number of rooms, please feel free to asK for a revised rate, suitable for you. You can even inform us your budget rate so that we will see whether we can provide you the rooms at your rate.

TPSV (The Parrot Serviced Villa) Kochi is approved by the Government of Kerala, Department of Tourism. Our Serviced Villa is designed for short stays and is the best choice for the middle class and upper middle class, who are looking for a safe, clean and decent shelter while travelling with their family.

We are sure that they will feel at home, while staying in TPSV.

We are the ideal place for those who love to have a full kitchen, and complimentary high-speed Internet access.

Take away food is available from a choice of restaurants. There is a full time care taker.Rent is negotiable.

How do damage deposits work?
