Description

We are renting our Koh Samui Luxury Villa.

Its a privately owned 3 story villa - embedded in a 5 Star branded Hotel Resort on Samui.

So you will have all amenities of a 5 Star Hotel but only a fraction of the costs. (5 Pools, private Beach with Sports Equipment, Tennis Court, Fitness Center, Office - all for free)

You can also use the Restaurants or the Room Service (for extra Payment)

The Resort is located in Baan Taling Ngam - the Sunset and quiet part of the Island where only the luxury Resorts are. Its located on a hill with perfect sea view from all rooms. 3 min walk to the beach - or free transport up and down the hill via Buggy if you don't like to take the stairs. The Villa is on a Hill - So 1st Floor is on Top - 3rd Floor at the bottom of the house - all with seaview.

The 1st Floor the House has has a huge Living room and a huge Terrace with a stunning 180 degree sea view. Furthermore a extra small kitchenhouse and an extra bathroom and toilet. In the 2nd Floor are 4 Bedrooms (2 of them with an own bathroom) and with a Balcony. The other Bedrooms have a bathroom above.

The extra Apartment with two rooms and two bathrooms and a small extra kitchen is in the 3rd floor and can be booked alone or together with the rest of the house. The apartment has 1 master bedroom and a Living with two unfoldable beds with real mattresses.

This add is only for the Main Villa - so the Top 2 floors - NOT for the Apartment with extra entrance at the bottom of the house. So this is not included here in this listing if you book for less than 8 or 10 Persons. But you can rent the extra Apartment if you are more than 8 or 10 persons. The Apartment has an extra entrance from outside and is not connected within the Villa - so privacy is guaranteed.

Cleaning is not included in the price. Our Maid comes daily (except Sundays) for a short cleanup and can also can make Breakfast with your things. This is 1000 bath (25 Eur) per day.

Please note that its a private Villa and NOT a InterContinental Villa - so it has little bit older furniture and its not always everything perfect than in a Hotel room - its a private house - but if you can live with that you are in Paradies of a fraction of the normal costs.
