Our home it's a mexican contemporary style building, , four bedrooms, four bathrooms, total equipped kitchen, individual air conditioner, tv in each room. Open living and dining room concept, private swimming pool, heated by solar pannels , terrace whit furniture and bunks, washing machine, parking

WiFi, Satellite TV, confortable and relax, whit a marvelousse view from any point.

NOTICE, Need to know, home is built on levels and terraces, is not safe for children,neither our pool is for them. we receive them just up to 12.

Very good and nice restaurants all around, wonderfull beaches, for surf, sail. or just take the sun and rest. Two golf and tennis courts , 3 milles away. The nearest beach is three minutes away by car , and between 10 to 15 walking distance

Just in town we have and international airport,also 4 milles from home.

5 plus stars. Situated in the hills within walking distance to several restaurants. Specatular view from the pool of the city and the bay. Would definitely stay in this home again!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send CLAUDIA (the owner) a message.

If CLAUDIA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
