Directly overlooking the beach and Gulf. No roads or other obstacles to cross; just down the stairs (or elevator) and onto the beach; or relax on the loungers by the pool. Getting around

A car is always useful; but if you don't want to rent a car, then there are regular taxi fares to & from the airport; and to the local supermarkets (Publix, Walmart and Topps). There is also a government operated trolley bus that will take you either along the beach as far as Lovers Key or off the beach to the supermarkets. Vacation Villas is about 1 miles from the pier where there are several shops and restaurants. So kick off your shoes and take a pleasant stroll along the beach, wet your feet in the surf, and watch the dolphins and sunsets.

Interaction with guest

About 1-2 months before your arrival, we will email out arrival details and access codes. We also provide your with 3 cellphone contacts for myself, my wife and our colleague, so you can get hold of us for assistance at any time. Our objective is to ensure you have an enjoyable relaxing vacation. We also ask you to register your cellphone number on your reservation so that we can contact you if needed. For most guests, everything runs perfectly, so there is no need for any communication - which is why we strive hard to maintain our 5-star rating.
