This new luxury 2 bed holiday property was completed in 2010. It has exceptional view from the 3 windows of living area of 'The Sleeping Giant' & Killery Mountains. This quiet & secluded, peaceful retreat is a great holiday base for families, holiday makers, golfers, surfers and anglers. Set over two floors, this cottage has two double bedrooms, and is suitable for 4 adults. The bathroom is downstairs, with a fitted kitchen and sitting room with glorious views from three windows of the living area of the Sleeping Giant Mountain (pictured below). The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, cooker, sink, fridge-freezer, washing machine, toaster. Sitting room has a TV, with satellite free view channels. Bedlinen is provided. Off road parking is available. Electricity and heating included in price.

WHAT TO DO IN SLIGO:- In Sligo, you can surf on some of the best waves Ireland has to offer in Strandhill or Streedagh, or you could try something more adventurous like Shark Fishing off Mullaghmore. Maybe a river cruise on Lough Gill sounds more appealing or simply relax in the world famous Voya Seaweed baths in Strandhill. Sligo is steeped in heritage and culture. WB Yeats once said that Sligo was the "Land of Heart's Desire."
The landscape is peppered with monuments, stretching back as far as 5,000 years. There's also good sailing, horse trekking and golf. The mountains of Benbulben and Knocknarea are a spectacular backdrop for hiking enthusiasts and the immediate area also offers a variety of easy but awe-inspiring coastal cliff top and peninsula hill walkways and mountain bike tracks.
