“Perfect for the weary vacationer”

Reviewed 8 Jan 2014

This house and the surrounding country were a great respite for someone weary of living and working around Seoul. The air was fresh, the neighborhoods were beautiful, and the hosts were magnificent. They made us feel like honored guests and didn't cut any corners. They helped us figure out things to do in central Japan, helped us purchase train tickets, and invited us to share in their New Year's celebration. It's also strategically located between Kyoto, Osaka, Nagoya, and the Gifu region. I was thankful to be able to see four interesting Japanese cities rather than just one. The house itself is also relatively high-tec, with clear big screens, wi-fi, and a "smart" bathtub. All that to say: If you stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Response from the owner Thank you, Rachael, are truly very educated, wait them always! Thanks you!!!!!!!!!!!!!

“What a Nice Place to Stay”

Reviewed 4 Jan 2014

Our hosts, Claudio and Josefina, were very helpful from start to finish! They picked us up at the airport and drove us to and from the train station each day. They helped us feel comfortable and they made sure we knew how to use the public transport, even finding us the cheapest possible day pass for the train. They made us great breakfasts every morning and offered us food and drinks in the evening as well. The house is cute and cozy. The dining area is nice and the living room is great for relaxing. The rooms have comfortable beds and heating. They had a great selection of movies to watch. The place is close to a train station which allows you to travel into Nagoya (45 minutes), Osaka (2 hours) or Kyoto (1.5 hours). There are nice walking paths near the house, which are nice for a quieter day. Casa Eco is a great place to stay and gave us many fond memories of our vacation to Japan!

Response from the owner Greg,Rachael, Karmen, Ryan and other cute friend, we're polite, respectful of Japanese customs. From the first contact always maintained good communication,it's important to know what they want to know who will want to visit place sand so they can be help with our suggestions. Thank you, want to see them again someday. Thanks, Thanks!!
