Self catering three bedroom holiday cottage in Hoveton on the Norfolk Broads. At the very heart of Broadlands' liveliest village, Sunset Haven is an excellent location for fishing, sailing, cycling, walking and bird watching. The River Bure divides Wroxham and Hoveton, with the two villages commonly called Wroxham, one of the major boat hire centres on the Norfolk Broads.Sunset Haven, situated on the riverside, with a private mooring, just off the main River Bure, this modern, comfortably furnished home makes a perfect year round retreat. Wi fi available. Just a few minutes walk to Wroxham centre, capital of the Broads. Daily boat hire, river trips, sailing, fishing (in season with permit), walking, nature trails, cycling, golf and leisure centre locally. Sandy beaches - 12 miles. Norwich - 8 miles, for cathedral, castle museum, shopping and theatre. Shops and pubs 800 meters.Wroxham is home to the Bure Valley Railway, Wroxham Barns and Roys, "the biggest village store in the world". Day boat hire and sailing tuition as well as a quality golf courses are also close by. In addition, it is just seven miles from Norwich, with the sandy beaches of the East coast within a twenty minute drive.

Response from the owner We have been renting holiday properties in Norfolk for over 12 years and have many hundreds of satisfied customers including many who regularly book this property 2 or 3 times a year for the last 6 years. This holiday maker only advised us of a problem after their stay seeking a discount. We encourage all customers to advise us of any issues during their stay so that they may be attended to immediately. We have a maintenance and cleaning team available to deal with any issues that occasionally arise. Unfortunately by the time we were made aware of the issues it was after the holiday and they had already been addressed by our property team. We price the property according to the season and believe that we offer competitive holidays taking into account the quality of our property, the area and facilities. Customer experience is very important to us and we try hard to maintain a good standard. We had extensive discussions and correspondence with this customer and believed that we had addressed her concerns to her satisfaction, so are naturally disappointed to receive this review.
