Description

This cottage provides a view of the ocean from every room. Come watch the porpoises swim by from the deck. This unit has one king, one queen, and two twin beds. The living area is open to the kitchen, which is comfortable and spacious. We are located within walking distance to Outer Banks fishing pier, which offers food and live entertainment in the evenings. Also located near shopping, water sports, restaurants, and more. A local hot spot for surfers. Awesome View is a duplex unit that shares steps with the other unit. I like for people to know this before actually booking the rental unit. COME AND ENJOY!!! (THIS IS A WEEKLY RENTAL, SATURDAY CHECK-IN SATURDAY CHECK-OUT. Check-in is 4:00pm and check-out is 10:00am

“Awesome View”

This property really is named appropriately! There really is a view of the ocean from every room in the house. We rented the back half of the house while friends rented the front half. Everything (minus food) that someone can think of is provided when you arrive. Pam was a great host! If we needed anything, she came right out with it. This is a pet friendly house and Pam had no problems with our 2 large pets! We can’t wait to go back next year!

It Is a nice place and Pamela was super nice. Like the access to the metal detector being has I forgotten mine. Only thing that would be nice is a hot tub if one could be added.

This place is well maintained , clean and had perfect views of the ocean and access to the beach. Owner was nice and made us feel so very welcome. I highly recommend to anyone traveling to Nags Head NC...would absolutely stay again!

The beds were comfortable.. There were a lot of extra surprises like beach chairs, a stand up paddle board, charcoal and even a kite or two for the adult children to fly. Pam and Junior were friendly but not intrusive; they are great owners!

We enjoyed the gettaway last weekend even though it was cold and rainy still was able to relax and go shopping the family enjoyed it.

The property was in great condition and was comfortable and clean. The view is awesome, exactly as advertised. We saw dolphins in the ocean each morning from the deck. The property owners lived in the attached duplex and were super sweet and very gracious.
