Fully renovated house. 7 miles from Gunstock Mountain Resort, 1 mile from Weir's Beach. 3BR's--K, Q, F over Q bunkbed in kid's room. Sleeps 8 comfortably. House capacity is 9 max. 2 bathrooms...1 with tub. Fully equipped kitchen with beautiful granite counter tops. 2 flat screen TV's. Hardwood and tile flooring throughout. Enjoy evenings on the beautiful 2 level deck with gas grill. (You May need to refill tank). Neighborhood access to lake for canoe/kayak launch one block away. Launch your boat 2 miles down the road at Silver Sands Motel & Marina. Ride your bicycle over to beautiful Governor's Island and see how the other half lives! Well-behaved dogs welcome with pet deposit. 2 night minimum in off-season. One week minimum stay in the summer. Long weekend stays may be accommodated on a last minute availability basis. Sorry, we do not accept long term or seasonal rentals. *Hot tub access currently unavailable. ** Please note: Linens are available in the house, but there is no linen service. Guests must wash/dry the linens prior to departure.

Interaction with guest

Guests will receive a code to access the house along with other check-in instructions few days ahead of check-in. I will also provide my cell phone number for guests to contact me should any other questions come up, or if guests would just like a suggestion for a restaurant or things to do in the area. However, guests should recognize that they are renting from private owners and not a hotel or managment company. We will do our best to respond promptly to any questions, but we do both have full time jobs and other family obligations so we may not be able to respond instantly.

How do damage deposits work?

If Joyce (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
