This modern Sunriver vacation home is packed with amenities, from a well-stocked game room to complimentary bicycles to a private hot tub on the back deck. There is plenty of space for up to ten guests, and your group will love the special touches in this home like custom-built accents, exposed timber beams, and grand vaulted ceilings. The home at 17 Camas Lane has two stories of living space, with four bedrooms, three full baths, and one half-bath! The living area has soaring ceilings and plenty of windows to let in the famous Central Oregon sunshine. The kitchen is nicely stocked, and there's room for eight people at the dining table for special meals or hearty breakfasts before a day of exploration. Younger guests (and the young-at-heart) will especially enjoy the game room, decked out with air hockey, foosball, Ping-Pong, and plenty of board games for rainy days. There's also a cable TV with DVD/Blu-Ray for movie nights, and wireless Internet for those who need to keep up with email -- or search for that perfect hike in the nearby national forest! The home has a spacious deck, nicely furnished and offering a private hot tub for leisurely evenings and a gas grill for afternoon barbecues. Grab one of the bikes from the garage and explore Sunriver's miles of paved paths, or head to the Village for a little window-shopping or a frosty pint at Sunriver Brewing Company.

In the evening, four bedrooms include three queen beds and four twins, making it very comfortable for up to ten guests to share the space. With a house this size, it's easy to spread out and enjoy plenty of elbow room; in fact, feel free to bring along sleeping bags for the youngest guests and invite a few more friends -- guests under five years old don't count towards the maximum occupancy in Sunriver!

Tucked away in a wonderful location near Fort Rock Park, you're a short drive (or bike ride) to SHARC, Sunriver's best aquatic center -- and ten free passes are included with your stay! Of course, the area is close to skiing and snowboarding at Mt. Bachelor in the winter, with the Deschutes River nearby for kayaking and rafting during the warmer months. The resort has swimming pools galore, tennis courts, parks, horse stables, and world-class golf courses to choose from. However you choose to spend your Sunriver days, you'll adore calling this modern beauty your home-away-from-home during your stay!

How do damage deposits work?
