Our villa is located on the prestigious gated community of Calabay Parc at Tower Lake. This lakefront community has its own boat ramp and fishing pier. Less than 20 Minutes from Disney, 15 minutes from Legoland and within easy reach of all other major Orlando attractions. Southern Dunes Golf Club is next door and Ridgewood Lakes Golf Club and Championsgate are a few minutes drive.

Our villa is fully air-conditioned and ideal for 2 or more families to share with 2 Master en-suite bedrooms. It has everything required for that perfect vacation, including a further 3 bedrooms all bedrooms have cable TV's, another 2 family bathrooms and a private pool and spa with a outside toilet, or relax around after a hard day at Disney World.

There is also a spacious family lounge with cable TV, DVD,fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area, utility room with laundry facilities, downstairs games room, with second living area on the 1st floor. Included are all bed linen and towels, a high chair and cot, plus wireless internet access.

The home needs deep class cleaning ASAP. Furniture need to be upgraded. Electrical outlets are not working in some areas of the house.

Response from the owner The house is due for a refurbishment 2019/2020, all matters are in hand. The house is cleaned before every guest. Any maintenance ie electrical outlets need to be reported to management company, all contact numbers are available in the house, and can be rectified without delay.
