Located in Playa Hermosa / Jaco / Puntarenas, on the pacific side of Costa Rica, a stone paver walkway invites you to enjoy bungalow #20. Located on the quiet side of the complex, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath bungalow offers views of both the ocean & preserve and can sleep 5-6 people comfortably. You'll be steps away from world class surfing or you can enjoy swimming in the beautiful pool. Newly painted, furnished, & redecorated throughout the bungalow, this surfing family from California offers their guests "Mi casa es su casa" policy. Enjoy a king size bed in the master bedroom along with a TV & DVD player. The second bedroom has bunk beds and a queen size bed/TV with both rooms having access to their own bathroom. All rooms are equipped with cold A/C. The kitchen is complete with all utensils, cookware, large refrig, washer & dryer . There is wireless internet access, cable TV throughout house, DVD players, stereo, endless hot water, water filtration system, outside shower & board games are there for your enjoyment. A Vonage phone line is there for free calls to the U. S. along with a local Costa Rica line for all your local connections during your stay!! A teak deck & furniture are there for you to watch the sunrise's & sunsets! Come & enjoy your stay in bungalow 20 and experience "Pura Vida"!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Sue (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
