Description

Beautiful, modern mediterranean villa on an upmarket development in Fitou, in the heart of the Languedoc Roussillon region. 3 bedrooms, ( 2 with double beds, 1 with twin beds ). 1 bathroom with bath, shower, wash basin and toilet, 1 shower room with wash basin and toilet.

Open plan living/dining and kithchen. The kithchen has all appliances, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, fridge/freezer.

Wrap around terraces and decking providing a large outdoor space, tables/chairs and a gas barbeque. Very large gardens of 453 square metres fenced and safe/secure for either pets or children. Satellite T.V. providing all Freeview UK Channels, some in HD, DVD player, Internet access/ADSL WiFi/Telephone. Additional large terrace at the front of the villa with stunning views of the mediterranean, sea views from side terrace as well. This private development also has a swimming pool complex with 2 large pools and a small baby pool.

Fitou is a charming, traditional wine making village with 4 top class restaurants, bar/tabac, post office, many wine caves and bakery. Approximately 15 mins drive from the superb local beaches of Leucate and La Franqui. Great for windsurfing, the Mondial is held here. Fantastic walks in the garigue, cycling, mountain climbing at Canigou/Pyrenees. During July and August there are many free musical events in the village of Fitou. The first week of August hosts the Festival of Wine with many free events. Only 20 minutes from Perpignan airport, 45 minutes from Beziers, 1 hr 15 mins Gerona.

The villa is a private home and is beautifully furnished and extremely comfortable. All bed linen is supplied along with towels. Beach/swimming pool towels are NOT included. Pets are welcome. The villa however is NOT suitable for children less than 8 years of age.
