Description

A beautiful spacious apartment situated just above Arc 1800, Les Arcs. The property comprises 3 double/twin bedrooms and a bunk room, a large living space with an adequate kitchen including 4 electric ring cooker, oven (microwave and convection), refrigerator and dishwasher. There is an ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom and another bathroom plus separate w.c.. 2 sets of patio doors allow access to a long balcony overlooking the valley and beyond to the mountain range of Mont Blanc. Built by MGM the apartment offers quality in a good decorative order giving a total living space of 77 square metres.

Within the apartment block is a swimming pool with steam rooms and saunas, a reception and a separate secure stowage for skis and boots. Generally the ski conditions mean that it is possible to ski in/ski out with a short run giving access to the main lifts from Arc 1800. Alternatively a short walk or regular bus shuttle brings you to the Arc 1800 Village with amenities including ski hire shops, bars & restaurants plus 2 supermarkets and other shopping.

Les Arcs offers a domain of over 200 km of piste skiing with a variety of runs and an excellent lift system linking the main villages. For those who might want even more there is the Paradiski link across to Le Plagne. Whether you prefer tree lined runs or wide pistes from blue to black Les Arcs caters for all.

“Warm, cosy apartment with stunning views”

Apartment was clean, warm and tidy on arrival. Plenty of crockery, pans, cutlery etc but a couple of spare bin bags would have been useful. Plenty of storage - essential when sharing an apartment with 8 people, even if they are your friends. Sauna and swimming pool available in the apartment block. Great views overlooking the mountains and even Mt Blanc can be seen catching the first glimpse of morning sun.
