Description

La Perla (the Pearl) is one of the finest, and 100% private beach properties in El Salvador. This surrounded by 35 Acres of tropical vegetation. This naturally unique property has a simple but beautiful main house with a rustic charm, made of tropical wood beams and stone walls and very spacious recreational areas. Be lulled to sleep with the sound of the breaking waves below. The main house has three rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a pool.

Bungalow

A 3 minute walk from the main house, through an uphill path that will lead you to a charming private bungalow on the hill top. There, you can appreciate the most spectacular view of all, you can bask on the vast view of the pacific! Watch the flock of pelicans that fly by every day at sunset! This small house has one bedroom, a small kitchen, a bathroom anda wooden terrace.

Beach Room

Additionally there is a room that sits at a stone's throw from the sea, walk 50 feet (15 Meters) to the 430 foot private beach (130 Meters).

This amazing beach is an ideal spot for a game of beach volleyball, Beach Crocket, surfing or simply sunbathing....relax and soak in all the tropical splendor that surrounds you.

The property is one hour from Comalapa San Salvador`s International Airport, and is only a 20 minute drive from La Libertad, a quaint fishing town.
