Description

Cool retro 50's cottage with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The house is situated on the Snead Island Cut at the Manatee River. It has unobstructed views and awesome sunsets. With a private beach and 160 feet of dock you will have to decide where you want to sit and watch the dolphins , manatees and boats come and go. We also have 2 kayaks, 4 bikes and a canoe for your use while you are at the Cut House. The Cut House is a single family home so that you have your own covered parking space , yard and dock. We even have a kayak/ canoe launch dock to make the experience even better. Emerson Point Park is a short 1.5 mile bike ride away or you can hop in a kayak and land at the park via water. Rent a boat while you are visiting or charter one of the many fishing guides in the area for a great time on the water. The Cut House is convenient to Disney, St Petersbug, Sarasota and the best beaches in the world! Tampa airport is only a 40 min ride.

The house is beautifully furnished with new mattresses in all the bedrooms to make sure your stay comfortable and unforgettable. Please see our reviews on VRBO #336923, and you will understand why everyone that stays at the house loves it and wants to return.

How do damage deposits work?

If Jeff (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
