First floor: Dramatic formal entry, elegant great room with fully equipped gourmet kitchen, island and formal dining area that seats 4 to 6 people, a comfortable living room with fireplace that leads directly onto the back patio deck with a private pool, spa, propane BBQ and outdoor seating. Perfect for entertaining or simply relaxing and catching some rays! The first floor also includes a powder room, large high definition flat screen TV, The 2 car garage is conveniently attached with an entry from the first floor.

Second floor: Oversized dual master bedroom suites, a separate office alcove area, linen pantry, separate laundry room with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
