The views and amenities of this John Hix designed loft suite are dazzling! Designed to be one with nature with large openings to the outside.
Enjoy breathtaking views of both the Atlantic to the north & the Caribbean to the south, private terrace, outdoor shower courts, a shared pool in the main building,, deliciously cool, crisp high thread count sheets, huge plush towels, and total privacy. Although the property feels remote the beaches, towns, restaurants etc. are but ten minutes away. We provide self catered breakfasts for your first day and the well appointed kitchen enables guests to do a little cooking and entertaining if they so choose. The owners are the Island's premier caterers and offer fabulous meals en suite or poolside and will gladly stock your loft with food & drink. Enjoy morning coffee, meals, or afternoon drinks on terraces surrounded by tropical vegetation and grazing lands and cooled by the trade winds; a flock of guinea hens, a humming bird, an iguana or a goat may stop by to observe you. One can watch the boats as they come and go in the harbor at Isabel II and track storms as they make their way across the ocean.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Alex (the owner) a message.

If Alex (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
