Our luxury single story 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom Orlando Vacation Villa sits on a very large lot, features a Mediterranean style Private Pool and is situated at the 'championship green' exclusive golf resort of Highlands Reserve, it also offers you unobstructed views of the 16th Fairway. Now, there are hundreds of Florida Golf Courses throughout the state, but in Orlando, they are simply the BEST! Our villa is extremely spacious and offers a separate lounge and a large family room with views overlooking the pool, (pool heat is an extra $35 a day) The home has been beautifully furnished, and is naturally fully equipped for all your needs and comfort. The Highland Reserve Golf Estate is a friendly and inviting community and it is the closest golf estate to Disney resort Florida.

Our Villa is approximately 35 minutes driving time from Orlando International airport and 1 hour from both Sanford and Tampa . Highlands Reserve is only 15 minutes from the main Disney attractions and a further 10 minutes from SeaWorld and Universal Studios. Highway 192 with all its attractions and restaurants is just 5 minutes from the villa and International Drive is approximately 15 minutes away.

Highlands Reserve is a Private Community!

Overnight parking of RV's, Motorhomes, Buses, Commercial Vehicles, Boats, Motorcycles, Trailers & Trucks are Strictly Prohibited.. Violators will be subject to fines, attorney fees and towing at their own expense.

Further, parking IS allowed on the street as long as you do not block a driveway or access to the sidewalk. Parking is not allowed on any Grass Areas.

How do damage deposits work?

If Jan & Catharina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
