Description

When you walk through you will find a treasure. The property is opened with 150 feet of water front on the canal, tropical breezes and comfortable lounging chairs and with a huge palapa for shade in the center. This studio suite is located directly in front of the pool and has views from the king size bed over the canal and out to Grand Bay. Inside this brightly decorated studio suite there is plenty works of art, a comfy King size bed,a kitchenette with a full size fridge and a private bathroom. It adjoins the out door kitchen and bbq that also has views everywhere. Enjoy fresh baked goods delivered to the private dock daily and watch the fisherman go by daily,even buy a fish. Please note, managers are available on site to help need 24 hours 12 months a year and will be there to greet you with beverages and snacks upon arrival your arrival November through April 30th.

Our place is a licensed business. When booking a rental it is important to find out if the place you rented is licensed. If it is not and the owners rent without a license and do not pay taxes, authorities are notified you may be told to leave. Always ask.

Getting around

We are a four minute taxi ride to town, five minute water taxi ride, a ten minute walk or close bike ride. Busses are often and inexpensive. You will not need a car unless you want to leave the area and explore. You can also hire a recommended taxi for dat trips.

With concerns regarding Covid 19 we are doing everything we can to ensure you have a safe relaxing stay and have taken measures to protect our guest, staff and ourselves. We have hand sanitizer in guest accommodation and key areas and Physical distancing measures, contactless check-in/check-out as well as Guest accommodation sealed after cleaning. We use cleaning chemicals that are effective against Covid and Guest accommodation is disinfected between stays.

How do damage deposits work?

If Barbara (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
