Description
This casa was built and custom finished in beautiful tile, custom made cabinets and a spanish color theme makes this a home away from home. The house is in walking distance to town and to First Point for surfing. You would have to drive to get to the other surf points. The lot is securely fenced in with locking gate. The view from the front gated yard is of Ponga Beach and the rear provides colorful sunsets each evening. The lot includes parking for 2 vehicles in driveway and plenty of street parking. Main home has 2 bedrooms. The master sleeps 2 in double bed. The 2nd sleeps 2 in single beds. Push them together to make double bed. There is a separate casita in the rear that sleeps 2 in single beds. Each room has ceiling fans to cool you down in the summer months. The water is controlled viai a pump....not gravity fed. The home is completely solar powered so you will not be subjected to the twice daily town-wide power regulated outages. Most rentals here are dependent on the town power and have to work around many hours of no power. The kitchen has everything to make your favorite meals. The bath is beautifully tiled with a shower. There is an external shower as well. for post-surfing rinse-offs. There is storage for your boards to to keep them safe. The farmers market is every Friday for fresh produce. The There is internet available upon request. Sorry, there is no TV but I have a book library and plenty of movies on DVD for your computer. Pets are OK with small pet deposit. Cleaning fee is charged.
