Enjoy Pawleys Island, one of the oldest beach communities, from this traditional and luxurious beach home. Gardenia is perfectly located on the north side of the island just steps to the beach and a half block to the inlet.

Surrounded by palm trees, a huge lawn and over 1,000 square feet of screened porches, this is the place to enjoy everything Pawleys has to offer.

Private home with five bedrooms and optional luxury linens. Three bedrooms upstairs and another two downstairs (separate entrance). Wireless Internet, HD smart TVs, updated fully-stocked kitchen, two and a half baths, central AC, new beds and furniture, washer and dryer, BBQ grill, outdoor shower and all the comforts of home.

Across the street from the beach access with no other houses between you and the beach. Bike to the best restaurants on the North Causeway, including Chive Blossom and Frank's. Short walk to the inlet or the bridge for fishing in the creek.

Please note that you must either check in or check out on a Saturday during the summer.

How do damage deposits work?

If Anna (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
