Cozy modern apartment will welcome you for a summer holiday in a green corner of mainland Greece. Ideal for a comfortable 2-5 persons.
Nea Kallikrateia located right on the shore of the Gulf of Teranaykos. The history of this settlement has about 700,000 years - near the town of Cave stollaktitovaya found with traces of living in her old man. Особенно красиво здесь весной и в начале лета--повсюду цветущие деревья источают свой аромат. Это и необычные персики, черешни, апельсиновые деревья, изысканный гранат, манящий олеандр. Жители Калликратии очень любят свой родной город и заботятся о нем.
Новый семиквартирный жилой дом расположен в самом красивом районе города всего в 30м от манящего Эгейского моря. Дом окружен ухоженными скверами, напротив детская площадка. Квартира располагается на первом этаже, имеет свой паркинг, огороженный дворик с цветочными клумбами, небольшую террасу с видом на легендарную гору древнегреческих богов—Олимп. Здесь можно выпить чашечку своего утреннего кофе.
В квартире одна отдельная спальня с двуспальной кроватью и выходом на террасу, большой салон с огромным угловым раскладным диваном, спутниковым ТВ, панорамным окном, отдельная большая кухня-гостиная, полностью оснащенная всей необходимой электротехникой, посудой и утварью, большим удобным раскладным диваном, санузел с ванной.
Вся мебель и сантехника новые, качественные. Квартира по-домашнему уютна и комфортабельна.
Есть возможность предоставления детских кроватки и стульчика.
Квартира располагает собственным паркингом.

В Неа Калликратии прекрасные песчаные оборудованные шезлонгами, широкими зонтами, дорожками, столиками, кабинками для переодеваний пляжи. Пляжи города много раз отмечены голубым флагом ЮНЕСКО за чистоту и многообразие флоры и фауны. Дно пологое, удобное. Одобно для отдыха с маленькими детьми и для пенсионеров.
На набережной множество бич-баров, таверн, сувенирных магазинов, бутиков. На главной площади города устраиваются концерты, увеселительные мероприятия, часто приезжает цирк, парки аттракционов. В городе много своих детских аттракционов, есть интернет-кафе, супер-маркеты, банки, почта, аптеки, медицинский центр, частные врачебные кабинеты. В то же время это милый, «домашний», добрый городок для спокойного размеренного отдыха. Для любителей путешествий и активного времяпрепровождения—возможна аренда машины или междугородный рейсовый автобус, множество частных экскурсионных программ и поездок, Калликратия—отправная точка для многих экскурсионных маршрутов, благодаря своему центровому расположению.
