Description
Al Andalus Thalassa is wonderful gated, safe community with its own on site indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and gym as well as 2 outdoor pools. There are also paddle and tennis courts and children's playgrounds.
This 3 bed 2 bathroom property is on 2 levels, the top floor comprising of a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower and a beautiful outdoor furnished terrace which can be accessed from the main bedroom or the landing.The ground floor has a lounge with dining area, fully fitted kitchen, utility area, a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with 2 single beds and an outdoor eating area with table and chairs. All bedrooms have wardrobes. There is an allocated covered private parking space opposite to the property.
The house is well furnished and equipped, the lounge has a TV and DVD player. There is a selection of DVDs, including children's. There are plenty of books available. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, toaster, kettle, washing machine, fridge freezer, iron and ironing board, as well as all utensils needed. Wi Fi is available, speed can vary.
There is also a travel cot.
The development is beautifully landscaped with lovely walkways and waterfall.
The property is air conditioned. Bedding, towels and beach towels are included.
The local bus service runs close by and there are lots of things to see and do in the area. Locally, within 5 minutes drive there is a very good water park (open Summer months), 4 golf courses, go karting, local markets, driving ranges etc. Places to see include; Mojacar Playa and Pueblo, Villaricos, Garrucha, Aguilas, San Juan los Terreos, Carboneras as well as many others.
There are many blue flag beaches within a 10 minute drive as well as lovely promenades to stroll along lined with wonderful restaurants and coffee shops and amazing chiringuitos on the beach.
The nearest airports are Almeria, Murcia and Alicante. Car hire is recommended.
There are 2 very good supermarkets close by as well as a pharmacy, bars and restaurants.

The beds are standard sizes ie 1 double and 4 singles so could be small if there were all adults staying or older children, rentals are quite often adults with young children. I’ll check the pans next time I’m there but as far as I’m aware there is a full set of 3 pans and 2 frying pans which is normally adequate as well as a full set of cutlery and utensils for 6 people but maybe some of them have gone missing after a busy summer!

“Buena urbanización”
Urbanización tranquila y con buenas instalaciones, no está muy cerca de la playa pero en un minuto en coche se llega, la casa genial, hemos estado muy bien, muy recomendable.
