Wyndham Flagstaff, located in Northern Arizona’s high country, offers you a neighborhood-style “home away from home” with a full range of resort amenities and activities right on site. It’s easy to enjoy a wonderful stay here without even leaving the grounds. When you do head off site, you’re close to so many of the popular sights and attractions that make this region such a highly sought-after vacation spot — including the Grand Canyon.

We are Platinum Owners with Wyndham and can book you a Villa, offering the comforts. The Two bedroom deluxe villa: approximately 1200 square feet, the master suite has a king-sized bed and gorgeous bathroom, complete with a corner whirlpool tub for two, separate shower, and plenty of vanity space. The second bedroom has two twin beds for your kids or guests and an additional bathroom with bathtub and shower combination.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
