Description

Chantico Condominiums is a new development in Santa Cruz which is a small ocean front community in the heart of the Bahias de Huatulco. The condominium is approximately 1,500 square feet and is about a five minute stroll from the beach and harbor of Santa Cruz. Santa Cruz has a number of fine restaurants and shops that cater to the cruise ships that regularly dock in the harbor during the season. Immediately adjacent to Santa Cruz is the small city of La Crucecita which is the commercial hub of Bahias de Huatulco.

Bahias de Huatulco is a long term development of the Mexican government. It's economic base is almost entirely tourism and it is an extremely safe area. The entire water supply is treated. The area contains 9 bays and 36 beaches, all of which are public. Several of the bays are sea turtle habitat.

The weather in Huatulco qualifies it as a paradise on earth. The typical winter day has a high in the mid to upper 80's with the nights dropping into the upper 60's. The humidity is low and rain is almost unheard of during the season.

If Jerry (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
