Description

Our resort is located just a few miles southwest of Eagle River, WI. This particular cabin has three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with shower. We also have a casual bar/grill on site featuring a full menu from appetizers, salads, and sandwiches, to our very popular Friday night fish fry! The Birchwood is one of four rental cabins located at Kathan Inn & Resort which also offers a nice-sized screened in porch, individual firepit, and charcoal grill. Our cabins are located on the shoreline of Kathan Lake, a 210 acre private, secluded lake, with no public access. No hidden/additional costs! -- rowboats come free of charge, as well as a paddle boat and canoe. On the grounds you will find a children's playground, a volleyball court, horseshoe pits, a basketball court.

This property rents by the week only (Saturday-Saturday) during the months of June, July and August. However, beginning June 1, a 3-night minimum reservation will be accepted if a unit is still available within 14 days of your requested check-in date.

Pets are allowed, however, an additional charge of $15/day or $100/week per pet will be due upon check-in.

House rules

Cabin should be in the same condition when guest departs as when they arrived. Dishes washed, dried, and returned to cupboards. Food removed from cupboards, freezer, and refrigerator. Garbage taken to the dumpsters. Any furniture rearranged moved back to its original location.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
