Welcome to our gorgeous Vacation Getaway!

Our condo features unobstructed views of the Sea of Cortez from the living area and the master bedroom. From the balcony, you can relax with your favorite beverage and watch yachts and pleasure boats travel through the clear blue waters of the Sea of Cortez.

The condo is located in the Villa Bahia gated complex. It features a community palapa center with a pool, jacuzzi and entertainment area available for your use as a Villa Bahia resident.

This beautiful 2bd/2bth Condo is elegantly furnished throughout with a fully stocked kitchen.

The living room has large windows and sliding door extending to the balcony overlooking the beautiful Sea of Cortez.

A hand crafted dining room table seats 6 comfortably.

The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed and its own master bath. The large window and sliding door also extend to the balcony facing the Sea of Cortez.

The guest bedroom has a queen size bed with views the mountains.

The guest bathroom with a large walk in shower is next to the guest bedroom.

Available is also a laundry room with washer and dryer and a utility sink.

This unit features ten foot ceilings, heavy wood doors, tile throughout, central air/heat, cable TV, and water purification system and more.

The marina is located just a few steps away. Beaches are within minutes as well as shops and restaurants in Center San Carlos.

Rental includes Wireless Internet access and secure parking under the building.

Smoking is prohibited.

This is a perfect flexible rental for snow birds, office groups, families and international visitors. As our guest, we promise to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Our on-site manager, Enrique, will be readily available to assist you.

We welcome a 3,6 or 12 month lease.

How do damage deposits work?
