Description

The apartment is located in "Graziella" the oldest district of the island of Ortigia in an independent building recently renovated.

It has an area of 40 square meters, which extends over two levels comprising living room with dining area, sofa bed, wardrobe, kitchen with crockery 4 ring hob and oven, bathroom with large shower. At the second level there is the master bedroom, a closet, and a private bathroom with shower.

The presence of two bathrooms and separate rooms makes it very confortable for 4 people or two couples.

Enjoys a unique position among the alleys and courtyards typical of the historic center that offer a very nice and sunny location.

In just a few minutes walk you can get to the market, the streets pricipali of shops, restaurants and the solarium.

To make your stay as pleasant as possible you will find at your disposal a kit courtesy bathroom and one for kitchen, linen, towels and sea, a tribute typical sicilian culinary products . You can also find Italan and English books , guides and design magazines.

The house is equipped with toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker DeLonghi Alicia, TV, DVD decoder, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, sewing kit.For the babies camping cot, complete with mattress and bedding, sterilizer and warmer.

How do damage deposits work?

If jennifer (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
