Description

This one bedroom Seacrest Condominium, sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Gulf Shores, Alabama. Our one bedroom unit features a private balcony with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. The unit also features a fully equipped kitchen. Guests have full use of the outdoor pool, hot tub and beachside sun deck. Seacrest Condominium is also conveniently located to many unique shopping establishments and fine restaurants. In addition, there are two elevators for added convenience.The condo has been updated with all new appliances, a King Size bed in the bedroom, a Queen Size Sofa bed & a set of stacked bunk beds offers sleeping for 6. The dining room table seats 4 with 3 additional bar stools at the kitchen counter. PLEASE NOTE: Weekly - Saturday to Saturday - 7 day rentals ONLY between Memorial Day & Labor Day.Thank you for considering Gulf Shores & Seacrest 603.

“Ridiculous Accusations so they could keep damage deposit”

Response from the owner Guest certainly & definitely smoked in the condo, ashes were found & 4 air fresheners were found in the condo, this is in direct violation of our rental agreement which states that any smoking at all, even on the balcony (which is part of the condo) will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit. There are many people who have allergies to cigarette smoking & Seacrest 603 is 100% NON-Smoking. Our cleaning lady, who has been with us for over 8 years does NOT smoke. We know our cleaning lady is our eyes & ears while we can't be in Gulf Shores & trust her implicitly to look out for our interests. The cleaning lady had just changes the sheets on the bunk beds the week before & they were NOT torn, the rugs are rotated out bi-weekly & washed or replaced. You evidently spilled something on the ONE rug that you washed & tried to clean it, leaving much lint behind as evidence. In the 14 years that we have owned Seacrest 603, we have ONLY kept 2 guests deposits, due to damage or smoking & unfortunately, this was one of those 2.. We are NOT in the habit of keeping owners security deposits, as we clearly spell out ALL the rules & regulations pertinent in the rental agreement.

How do damage deposits work?
