Accommodations: Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths (Sleeps 4), A/C, fully equipped kitchen with washer & dryer, dish washer, HD TV/DVR and free WIFI.

You must be 25 to rent this property and we have a 4 night minimum stay. The unit will accommodate 4 adults comfortably. Sorry but we do not allow pets, motorcycles or trailers to remain on the property over night.

This beautiful condo sits on the 17th fairway of the celebrated True Blue Golf and Tennis Resort. Views of the fairway, green and lake along with a pool and hot tub which are just steps away makes this a great vacation destination. . In addition there are 2 tennis courts and is just 1/2 mile to the ocean. There is 24 hour security in this wonderful secure resort neighborhood. Just 30 minutes to Myrtle Beach.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Dominick (the owner) a message.

If Dominick (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
