Description
Little Fernleigh is a new house overlooking the sea and only a minutes walk from the beach. It offers comfortable easy living in a wonderful location close to the harbor and village center. We have tried to make this house a great holiday home and hope you will love the style and quality accommodation. Little Fernleigh is the perfect holiday retreat in a quiet lane and we hope many a wonderful holiday will be spent here.
To the front you will be captivated by the breathtaking sea views from the raised decking area.The rear has a secluded garden with seating and table for outside eating.
Decking offers the perfect place to sit and appreciate the wonderful surroundings - we doubt you will want to leave. But if you do the beach, village store and pub are just a few minutes walk away.The living area is open plan with views overlooking the sea and garden. There are two comfortable sofa's, sideboard and lamps, flat wide screen television and DVD player. In the cupboards you will find a variety of books, jigsaw puzzles and DVDs. In the fully fitted kitchen dining area there is a table with six chairs a built in ceramic hob with fan assisted double oven, integrated dishwasher, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer and CD/radio. Gas central heating and good quality bed linen are provided. In the utility room you will find the washing machine.
