Description

Beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-floor villa, steps to the beach. Sleeps 6 to 8 persons with a comfortable living area and a fully-equipped eat-in kitchen. The ground floor features a wrap-around patio with stunning views of both the mountains and the sea, with a patio table, chairs and barbecue. There is a bathroom with shower, and a living space with couches and chairs, TV, stereo, telephone.

The second floor has 3 bedrooms, each with their own balcony with sea views. There is a second bathroom with shower and laundry facilities. The master bedroom has access to a rooftop terrasse with a view to the beautiful Aegean Sea with its magical sunsets. Enjoy a bottle of wine while watching the sun go down!

The villa is located in the seaside fishing village of Gavathas, a 10-minute drive from the beautiful cobblestone town of Andissa, which has many shops and welcoming tavernas. The island of Lesbos is the 3rd largest Greek island and is a perfect place to visit for people who want to experience the real Greece. It has numerous historical sites, monasteries, beautiful towns, and beaches.

The villa is located 75km from the island's airport on the west side of the island. We get to the island from Athens by plane or by boat. There are connections to the other Greek islands by sea or by air.

How do damage deposits work?
