Description

Enjoy sensational Ocean and garden views and resort style living in our spacious Penthouse condo. This is a two story condo with an upstairs master bedroom with roof-top balcony that features a gorgeous ocean view. The lower level includes a second bedroom with two double beds complete with 55 inch TV/VCR/DVD and Wi-Fi internet in bedrooms. The downstairs living room features a private balcony with fabulous views of the ocean, tropical landscaping, koi pond and pools and a living room complete with cozy fireplace, flat screen TV, DVD, stereo, and sleeper sofa. The second bedroom is very large with two double beds so the condo will sleep 6 comfortably. The unit comes complete with all necessities for your beach enjoyment, including beach towels, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, beach toys and ice chest. The kitchen is stocked with all utensils to accommodate a light snack or a multi course meal. Purchase your groceries and you are good to go.

To enjoy the complex amenities you can take a stroll through the lush tropical courtyard landscaping and discover the Koi pond, the putting green, the immaculate barbeque area, the gorgeous free-form heated pool and Jacuzzi. Locate the recreation room and inspect the quality of the health club equipment, the sauna room, the billiard and foosball tables, explore the library and the ping pong rooms. There are well equipped laundry facilities in each building. Feel comfortable that the gated complex is protected with 24 hour security.

A short walk to the Harbor offers opportunities to enjoy sail boat excursions, deep sea fishing trips, boat rentals that include a full array of equipment from kayaks to jet skis, and a diverse selection of restaurants and gift shops.

Take a jog or leisurely walk along the beach and head down to the harbor which includes activities such as: fine o story penthouse condo with all necessities for a wonderful family vacation

How do damage deposits work?

If Diane (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
