“A good apartament in Trastevere”

Reviewed 26 Jan 2015

We loved our stay in the apartment, all new and clean. Paola and her friends were very kind to us. A great location in Trastevere !!

Response from the owner Thanks a lot for the review!I hope to have you as my guests again

“A great place in a nearby suburb”

Reviewed 30 Jul 2014

We came with a group of co-workers for a one week stay in Rome. We could not have been more thrilled with the apartment in Travestere. First, Paola, the manager, was always prompt and helpful when we connected by Email. Trying to navigate through an unfamiliar city can be daunting. She gave us good instructions on how to get to the apartment. Plus she was available by phone, text and Email during our stay. The apartment was clean. The rooms were large. We found that the major tourist sites of Rome were easily available by tram or bus. Travestere seems to be a college suburb. It has historic roots as the birthplace of Julius Casear. But it is full of apartments. Lots of people coming and going. But also, many restaurants within walking distance. We had a problem with the A/C the first night, but Paola had a repair man over the next day and had it fixed. Overall, it was a great place to "crash" between excursions into the city.

Response from the owner Thank you so much for the nice review, it was a pleasure hosting nice people like you and your friends.

“Great apartment and location - we loved our stay in Rome!”

Reviewed 21 May 2014

Wonderful, large, clean and light apartment in Rome with a nice workable dinning room, family kitchen. Great WiFi. We did not watch TV . The bedrooms spacious and very comfortable. I found it quiet while my husband was more sensitive to the day and night ( no parties) sounds from the street. We liked the 3 flights walk up or you can use the elevator. Transportation options for local and airport are easy walking distance, as well as, the fun and lively Trastevere area. All things worked well including the shower with hot water and washer. No hard line phone. The owner is sweet and thoughtful. We would recommend it and stay again.

“Excellent apartment”

Reviewed 27 Jun 2013

My best friend and I stayed in this apartment in late May 2013. I've stayed in many vacation rentals before, and this one is by the the largest for the amount we paid. The two bedrooms could easily fit 2 people each, the beds were comfortable, if a bit firm. Lots of natural light in the bedrooms, and the air-con and Wifi worked well. The entire apartment was very clean and tidy. It would've been nice to have some more kitchen tools... when we stayed, there were no paper towels, and only one dish towel, which made cleaning up after meals a bit difficult. It also would've been nice to have some tea bags, and basic cooking supplies (oil, salt & pepper, etc) available. The bathroom was very clean and spacious, it never ran out of hot water. There was no extra toilet paper, not even in the laundry room. The location was very good, I really enjoyed wandering around Trastevere. It's also good to note that the Tourist Medical Clinic and supermarket are only about a 10min walk away. Overall, a very nice place to stay. Paola was very accomodating to all my questions, and even offered to come over at 11:30pm when the front door to the building got stuck (we figured out how to open it before she got there).

Response from the owner Dear Amanda, thanks for the nice review, it was a pleasure hosting nice people like you and Danielle. Also thanks for the important tips that will surely help me to make my future guests stay even more pleasant.
