Renewal completed: February 2018. There are few better ways to authentically enjoy a city than to plant yourself in its very heart. You'll find this vast gorgeous residence — complete with a one-of-a-kind indoor terrace — just a couple of blocks away from Plaça Catalunya, Passeig de Gràcia and La Rambla.

Set in the centre of Barcelona, where many of the top cultural attractions also reside, this stunning 275m2 apartment features plenty of living space sprinkled with some stylish home comforts. Its unique interior terrace, with direct views of the historic Gran Via's Coliseum Theatre, brings the best of the outdoors indoors and features a backlit ceiling that displays a realistic imitation of the sky beyond. This space is also decked with handpicked garden furniture for maximum relaxation, including a swing and artificial grass to complete the al fresco vibe.

Guests receive plenty of natural light indoors, thanks to the central courtyard, with the sunshine also entering through either side of the building. Meanwhile, the open-plan living room take further advantage of the space, as does the well-lit dining area — perfect for get-togethers, whether that's hearty meals or casual conversation.

The location of this large apartment in Barcelona is absolutely unbeatable, just 100 metres from Plaça Catalunya and the elegant Passeig de Gràcia, where you can enjoy some exclusive shopping and visit most of the city's landmarks.

Walking access: Just a couple of minutes from Plaça Catalunya, Las Ramblas and Passeig de Gràcia, and just 15 minutes from the city's Cathedral and the port area.

By metro: It takes 3 minutes to get to the Barceloneta beach and the Born district and in 5 minutes you are at the Sagrada Família, the Vila Olímpica or Montjuïc.

How do damage deposits work?
